Root canal treatment price – what affects the price?

It is a very time-consuming and labor-intensive process. The experience and opinion of the dentist who carries out the treatment is also important. The right specialist is invaluable. So let’s choose a dentist who inspires our trust, regardless of the cost.

Root canal treatment consists in removing the pulp from the tooth and disinfecting the dental canals. Then the tooth is tightly filled with replacement material and the tooth crown is carefully protected against bacteria.

Most often, this time-consuming process takes place under local anesthesia, which also affects the cost of root canal treatment.

The price of root canal treatment is not only about the treatment in the dentist’s chair. The cost of root canal treatment is also influenced by the price of X-ray images, which a dentist often takes before starting treatment.

The last very important factor influencing the price of root canal treatment is the number of canals in the tooth. Many dentists set the price according to the number of channels. The more, the higher the costs.
