Today ALEX FITNESS will teach you how to cook a healthy and very tasty dish that you are not ashamed to offer to your guests. And, of course, the main ingredient will be chicken. Yes, you can cook a lot of PP dishes from chicken breast, and each one will be a must have! So, we are learning how to cook zucchini and chicken rolls. Calorie content (and this is not a joke) – only 68 kcal per 100 grams!
You will need:
- zucchini – 2 pc.
- chicken breast fillet – 1 pc.
- hard low-fat cheese – 50 gr.
- basil – a few leaves;
- salt, pepper – to taste;
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Cut the zucchini into 0,5 cm strips and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Lightly grease them with olive oil, salt and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes (while cutting the fillets into thin strips, pepper, salt, add garlic and leave for another 10 minutes). Lay strips of meat on browned zucchini, sprinkle with cheese and basil. Then twist the rolls, pierce them with skewers and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. The result is beautiful, tasty and healthy! Enjoy your meal!
