The Potato Omelette is back at Triball

Our most international and especially popular skewer is undoubtedly the potato omelette, not in vain do we call it Spanish.

From June 15 to 17, the second edition of the Gastronomic Days of the Potato Omelette in TriBall.

El gastronomic event It is an initiative of the Association of Merchants of the Ballesta Triangle (Triball), which groups all the concurrent streets within the triangular plan formed by the streets of Tudescos with Corredera de San Pablo, Fuencarral and Gran Vía.

A simple format for a much more leisurely and complex preparation by each hospitality establishment, which will offer customers their particular version of the tortilla pincho with a drink included at a price that will range between 3 and 4’50 euros.

For the occasion, more than twenty hospitality establishments are already registered, which will participate by presenting the contest, and preparing it to serve a variety of potato omelette on their bars.

The imagination and culinary creativity will be at the service of each of the participating bars or restaurants that they will have to elaborate their particular version of the traditional or avant-garde skewer.

Some of the establishments of this new call, repeat their participation, and at the moment the organization of the event has already registered a total of 22, where they can try some of those gastronomic innovations of our traditional tortilla pincho.
