Below you can find the exercises that can be done as a couple and that, in addition to all the physical benefits, you will discover the power of sport in company in your state of mind.
Pushups
Push-ups can be done in pairs. Do you know how? Stand one in front of the other, perform the push-up and high-flush one of your hands.
Start doing push-ups one in front of the other, and with each of them you must alternate a left-hand shock and a right-hand shock. You can do 20 push-ups, rest 10 seconds and repeat three more times.
abdominal
As the coach Jona Vega does in the photo, stand with your companion forming a rectangle, and the exercise will begin when the person who is lying on his back sits down, so that the other also contracts forming an L face down with his body. Then you return to the starting position and so on. After several executions, around 20, you can change your position.
Yoga
Yoga, meditation, or HIIT are other great workouts to build self-esteem. Life in the midst of a pandemic challenges us in different ways. Loneliness and telework have taken their toll – and continue to do so – especially on a psychological level. Thanks to sport this can improve as it allows you to work your mind and at the same time, sport is essential to break the routine and dedicate moments to yourself.
Kick squat
As can be seen in the video, these exercises in pairs stress balance, body strength and coordination.

Other exercises to highlight are the following:
Rowing with rubber bands in pairs: in a squat position, resist your companion, with a pair of rubber bands around your waist, stretching without disturbing your balance, as shown in the video.
Static split with abdomen movement: this exercise is focused on core work and proprioception. You have to be in a stride position while maintaining balance.
Jumping Jacks: with the back straight and the legs separated to the width of the shoulders, keeping the head upright and keeping the abdomen in slight tension to have the correct posture, it is necessary to do small jumps in place, opening and closing the legs to the time the arms are joined above the head. If you are facing each other you can control speed and coordination.
Lastly, lying supine (face up) on a mat, performing a bridge or one-legged hip raises. The sole of the foot of the raised leg stays in contact with the sole of your partner’s foot. Thus we increase difficulty and instability.
Remember that all exercises can be adapted to be practiced by two or more people, so ask an expert to share their advice and your training is more fun.
