L’orgelet du latin hordeolus which means “barley grain” related to its particular appearance is a boil. It is an extremely common pathology in general medicine with an obvious diagnosis because the symptoms are loud and painful. 

Treatment usually requires a cream or ointment antibiotic. Do not use an old tube because once opened it is no longer sterile and loses effectiveness. 

If the treatment does not work after 8 days of treatment consult the doctor or possibly an ophthalmologist to discuss a local incision of the boil under local anesthesia.

It is also advisable to throw away your used contact lenses because they will be soiled by the bacteria.
