The obligation to wear masks in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies has been extended by three months. It will be valid until August 31. This is the last of the epidemic restrictions that still exist.

Masks extended until the end of the vacation
The Journal of Laws published an amendment to the regulation on restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic threat, according to which the obligation to wear masks in hospitals and pharmacies – originally in force until the end of May – is extended by another three months.
It includes the extension of the current restrictions, orders and bans until August 31, 2022. This mainly applies to covering the mouth and nose with a mask in buildings where medical activities are carried out and in pharmacies.
In Poland, on March 28, the obligation to wear masks at other points, with the exception of airplanes and airports, was abolished. The requirement to wear masks in these places was lifted on 16 May by a decision of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC). However, each carrier has its own safety rules, and this also applies to destination countries.
On May 16, the state of the epidemic was lifted in Poland, and the state of epidemic threat has been in force since then.
Where are masks valid?
Covering the mouth and nose is still obligatory in medical institutions. And this applies to both patients and employees. This means that we still have to remember about the masks, among others in hospitals, clinics, clinics, health centers, hospices, spa treatment centers, nursing and care, care and treatment and rehabilitation facilities, as well as in pharmacies.
