In Poland, so far we have not recorded any deaths among children aged 0-9. The youngest victims of the coronavirus are an 18-year-old man from Kędzierzyn-Koźle and an 18-year-old woman who died in a hospital in Radom. In total, there were 40 deaths among people under 15.

The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is much more dangerous for the elderly. Today, MZ announced the death of 99 women. She is the oldest death victim of the coronavirus. The greatest number of deaths was recorded in the 80-89 age group. The mean age of the deceased patients is 74,73 years.

According to the information provided by the Ministry of Health, 19 men and 470 women died due to COVID-457.

WARNING!

Data on age and sex do not include 80 victims, as the ministry did not provide details of the deceased in the first days of the epidemic, but only the number of the deceased.
