Healthcare workers are protesting. The young doctor Anna Bazydło, the vice-president of the Alliance of Residents, who was presented by the Protest and Strike Committee as one of the faces of the protest, was loud in social media. It was she who boldly commented on the appointment of a new deputy minister of health and referred to the earnings in her industry.

– Will ministers’ salaries depend on education, as is the case with nurses? – asked Anna Bazydło during a conference for the media in the “white town”. The doctor referred to the highly controversial law on the minimum wage, which makes the salaries of nurses and midwives dependent on education. Yesterday, during the day devoted to child psychiatry, she also commented on the appointment of a new deputy minister of health, Piotr Bromber, who is to deal with, inter alia, social dialogue.

– The minister spends 16 a month with one decision PLN for the salary of the new deputy minister. It is almost 107 hours of psychotherapy – said Anna Bazydło during a press conference. The comparison was not without context, because yesterday in the “white town” was devoted to problems related to child psychiatry. Near the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the so-called the white town, which – as the medics have announced – will not disappear until their demands are met.
