The navel is coloring

The grass pupavka is popularly known under several names: flower, pupavka dyeing and noble, yellow chamomile. Popular with flower growers and people who are fond of traditional medicine. Recently, it has attracted the attention of florists, because it looks great in flower arrangements and retains a fresh look for a long time.

The culture we are considering belongs to aster tall perennials. Visually resembles a garden chamomile with a yellow center and petals of an identical or white color. The plant branches from the roots and is covered with small green leaves, 1 bud opens on each stem.

Pupavka is an excellent decoration of the site

It is used in alternative medicine, providing the following medicinal actions:

  • diuretic;
  • hemostatic;
  • choleretic;
  • anti-inflammatory;
  • cleansing.

For the preparation of medicines, only flowers and the uppermost 2-3 cm of the stem are used.

The culture is often found in the forest belt, and also decorates garden plots, since the main advantage of grass can be called a long flowering period and unpretentious cultivation.

As we noted earlier, the plant is completely unpretentious in care and will not cause trouble even for the most inexperienced gardener, however, for a positive result, it is still worth adhering to some rules:

  • Pupavka is thermophilic and loves sunlight.
  • It can grow even in poor soil, but it is better to plant the crop in fertile soil.
  • When planting with seeds, the grass is sown in peat cups and only after the emergence of sprouts 10 cm moves into the open ground.
  • If you decide to propagate the culture by dividing adult bushes, you need to start the process in the spring.
  • The recommended distance between plants is 20-30 cm.

Taking care of the navel is simple, since it can develop in almost any soil and at sufficiently high temperatures. However, for faster and more luxuriant growth, the grass needs to be watered with plenty of water about once a week. The rest of the care measures include the systematic loosening of the soil, pruning withered flowers and feeding with organic fertilizers.

Gardeners who create compositions from a plant resort to tying bushes – this way the stems do not fall apart in different directions and look more attractive.

If you pay even a little attention to the culture and do not neglect watering, the result in the form of bright yellow flowers will not keep you waiting long.
