The National Gastronomy Awards of 2017

Last May, the nominees for the National Gastronomy Awards of the Royal Academy of Gastronomy were announced

The National Gastronomy Awards are the highest awards given in the gastronomic sector, and have been awarded by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy since 1974.

Through them, the best professionals linked to our gastronomic culture are recognized, and as on previous occasions of the gastronomic event, we echo their deliberations.

The winners are presented with a steel trophy designed by the artist and academic Alberto Corazón.

On this occasion, to award the award to the winners of the year 2017, the Royal Academy of Gastronomy and its Association of Friends, the Autonomous Academies of Gastronomy and the Cofradía de la Buena Mesa met again to decide on the list of finalists .
