Summer is a great time to lose weight, because the light ingredients on the shelves are invisible. Vegetables are inexpensive and have no equal in fiber and vitamins. They act as an excellent cleansing agent, remove toxins and toxins from the body and improve metabolism.
As the name suggests, the diet is based on vegetables – seasonal and fresh. It makes no sense to preserve vegetables, each ingredient that appears in a given month has its own valuable chemical composition, and it is advisable to use it directly from the garden.
The duration of the diet is from 14 to 40 days, and its plus in the summer period is that the body does not need heavy carbohydrate food to warm the body. That is why the vegetable diet is tolerated satisfyingly and easily.
The vegetable diet menu includes a variety of vegetables and herbs. You can eat them raw, stewed, boiled or even fried – vegetable oil in reasonable quantities is also allowed.
You can make salads, wounda, soups, and vegetable juices and smoothies. In addition to water, it is allowed to drink tea and coffee.
It is advisable to break the entire meal into 3-4 times, and for a snack you can eat fresh carrots or cabbage. If the diet takes 2 to 4 weeks, you can include small amounts of fruits, dried fruits and nuts in the diet, as well as animal protein in the form of poultry or beef fillets.
The result of a vegetable diet will depend on how long you plan to stick to this diet. On average, in 2 weeks, you can lose up to 6 kilograms of excess weight.
