But not everyone knows that after such a simple intervention, some more manipulations are needed. Andrey Vygovsky, plastic surgeon at the Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology, is sure that after rhinoplasty rhinoshaping is necessary: “Since tissues are mobile throughout the year, a special design must be worn to form a chiseled nose, and even more so its tip. It can be worn at night. Also, do not forget that cartilage has a memory and even after the operation, they try to return to their original position. Therefore, external and internal nose clips are needed. “
In the West, a nose like Meghan Markle is gaining popularity. “Patients started coming to me about six months ago asking for Meghan Markle’s nose. Although she has it quite large, the beauty lies in the fact that it is not perfect.
