In full beach D’en Bossa, the most expensive restaurant in the world has a single tasting menu and a single table for a total of 12 diners, at a rate of € 1.500 (plus VAT) per person.
350 m2 of an installation expressly conceived to represent the world’s first gastronomic show. In whose main capsule of 70 meters diaphanous and 7 meters high, the show takes place, which has a sophisticated audiovisual montage.
Experience lasts about three hours and until September you can attend by reservation in two unique passes, at 20.30:24 and 250 hours. After the experience, you can continue the evening on the XNUMX m² private terrace designed for after dinner sessions.
A team of 10 Michelin Stars
Paco Roncero has invited the two Michelin star chef to join the Sublimotion team, David Chang, who will develop a dish based on the reinterpretation of Japanese food, one of its culinary references.
David Chang thus joins the cast of cooks formed by Paco Roncero, Dani García, Diego Guerrero, Toño Pérez and the pastry chef Paco Torreblanca, forming a team with 10 Michelin stars, united to offer an unprecedented gastronomic performance.
Another of the gastronomic novelties of this 5th season is the collaboration with the Chef of the Maison Dom Pérignon, Fatigue milestone. The Italian chef has created a new dish for this new 2018 season that will serve to introduce diners to the universe of exclusive Champagne.
Between audiovisual shows and technological tricks, diners will delight in dishes such as the edible vegetable garden of Paco Roncero; popcorn with foie gras and corn next to Charles Chaplin’s mythical boot which consists of an old cow tartare with sea urchin, the work of Diego Guerrero; or the picnic of David Chang consisting of grilled scallops with smoked bacon dashi broth and kimchi-marinated apple with yogurt and maple syrup.
Technology on the table
In technological plane, Sublimotion will offer a new scene that will be one of the most interesting technological advances since its premiere in 2014. The kitchen, design and engineering team has worked on the creation of a new scene in which, thanks to the Hybrid Reality It will allow the 12 diners to be immersed in a completely virtual environment, where they can interact and taste haute cuisine in a real way.
