El most expensive bread in the world It is baked in Malaga and is the work of the master baker Juan Manuel Moreno who was presenting at the stand Taste to Malaga, within Madrid Fusion Reale Seguros 2020, the most expensive bread in the world.

These are two loaves of 400 grams that, among its ingredients, they have one gram of edible gold and silver, powder, flakes and flakes and 20 grams of edible flowers. Each of the pieces reaches a market value of 1.380 euros, seven times more expensive than the bread that he presented just a year ago at this same congress.

For his presentation, Moreno has made two versions of the most expensive bread in the world varying ingredients in each of the loaves to send a message through each recipe. Thus, the first 400 gram bread, in addition to precious metals, has among its ingredients rock salt extracted manually, without causing detonations that would harm the environment, and 20 grams of thoughts, ingredients with which you want to evoke the customer’s awareness of the food they eat.

In his second loaf, made with rye bread, he also adds quinoa and chia and it is dedicated to the artisan bakery. Its creator has baptized it as ‘the mourning of industrial bread’. Both loaves have been manually tattooed with floral motifs.
