The most effective weight loss exercises
Exercise # 1
Helps shape and strengthen your abs, glutes, thighs, arms and shoulders.
Stand on the floor, spread your legs wider than shoulder-width apart, hold the dumbbells in straight arms, lowered in front of you. Raise on your toes, bending your knees slightly, and at the same time raise your arms with dumbbells to your shoulders (bending your elbows so that your biceps work). The palms of the hands with their inner side should look forward (as shown in the photo). Lower yourself to a full foot.
Repeat the exercise 15 times.

Exercise # 2
Strengthens the muscles of the thighs, buttocks, abs, arms and shoulders.
Start the exercise from a squatting position – your hips are parallel to the floor, your arms with dumbbells are bent at the elbows and touching your knees, your back is straight (as shown in the photo). Straighten and stand with your right leg back and at the same time stretching both hands forward, palms down.
Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise, but with the other leg. Do 20 reps.

Exercise # 3
Strengthens the muscles of the buttocks, abs, legs and shoulders.
The starting position is lying on the floor, legs are bent at the knees, arms with dumbbells are located on the chest. Raise your hips and buttocks off the floor so that your torso forms a straight line from knees to shoulders. Extend your arms toward the ceiling, palms up, and then lift your left leg so that it is perpendicular to the floor. Continuing to keep your leg in this position, lower your arms, but so that they do not touch the floor (see photo).
Return your arms to the ceiling and switch legs. Repeat the exercise at least 15 times.

Exercise # 4
Strengthens the muscles of the buttocks, thighs, abs and arms.
Standing on your left leg, bend your right knee and lift it so that your thigh is parallel to the floor. Keep your left hand with dumbbells in front of you, right behind you. Both arms should be bent at the elbows, with the left one looking up and the right one down (see photo). Take your right leg back in one motion and change the position of the hands, changing the right to the left. While doing this, continue to keep your knees and elbows bent.
Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise 15 times. Then switch legs.

Exercise # 5
Strengthens the muscles of the thighs, buttocks, back, abs, arms and shoulders.
Stand on the floor with your arms down, dumbbells in each hand. Lunge forward with your left foot while raising your arms to shoulder level (as shown in the photo). After that, raise your left hand to the ceiling and gently pull it back, making a circular motion.
Return your hand to shoulder level and rise. Lunge again with the same leg and repeat the exercise. After 15 repetitions, switch legs and arms.

Exercise # 6
Strengthens the muscles of the glutes, abs, thighs, arms and shoulders.
Stand on the floor, spread your legs slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, your right hand from the dumbbells is lowered down, the left is extended to the ceiling. Sit down, lowering your right arm to the floor and simultaneously twisting your torso and head to see your left arm extended upward (as shown in the photo).
Return to starting position. Do 15 reps. Then change hands.
