This forces Ilham to avoid direct responsibility; he does not want to be a boss, prefers to do that part of the work that is clear to him and does not go beyond the limits of stability. If Ilham manages to overcome himself and act more decisively, he soon realizes that he is capable of much. This man has well-developed intuition and business acumen.
