Well, and Maison & Objet | projets | Is a platform for the professional exchange of innovative ideas in the field of materials and technologies used in the production of furniture, lighting, interior accessories, decor items, etc.

At the upcoming exhibition, special attention will be paid to gastronomic design: after all, few people will be able to object to the fact that our environment and the contents of our plates are closely related. During the various events of the exhibition, it will be shown how food fashion defines new categories, ways of consumption and organization of space.

The last exhibition Maison & Objet (September 5-9, 2008), held under the sign of simplicity (“simple”), once again confirmed the aspiration of the civilized world to the origins, a fuller and richer sense of the depth of daily existence, often due to a radical change in the way of life. a departure from the cold, dynamic “high-tech” towards the natural, natural slow-tech (slow tech). Designers continue to move towards natural forms, materials, shades (releasing mustard and plum on the scene, as well as gold, orange, various shades of red and gray), support the flourishing and promotion of crafts.

The winter Maison & Objet will be entirely devoted to finding an antidote to the global disorientation of the world, which regularly shudders from crises … One of the main such antidotes – “antidotes” – is home – an island of safety, keeping our dreams of a better life. There is no miraculous elixir for the difficulties we are experiencing today. However, various types of creativity, know-how and technologies, the whole palette of colors and little human whims, elegance and sophistication, the quality of life – all this is capable of creating new impulses and accumulating such necessary positive energy right now.
