Jumping on a foot — technique exercises:
- Set a delivery 30-60 cm tall Feet shoulder width apart. This will be your starting position.
- Bend your legs, squatting before a jump, and put your hands behind your back.
- Follow the jump, lifting the legs so as to land exactly on the stand. Upon landing slightly bend the knees for shock absorption.
- Jump down to the initial position.
