Jumping on a foot — technique exercises:

  1. Set a delivery 30-60 cm tall Feet shoulder width apart. This will be your starting position.
  2. Bend your legs, squatting before a jump, and put your hands behind your back.
  3. Follow the jump, lifting the legs so as to land exactly on the stand. Upon landing slightly bend the knees for shock absorption.
  4. Jump down to the initial position.
