Jerk rod with supports — a technique of the exercise:

  1. Install the desired loaded weight of the barbell on the stand. Take the neck wide grip. Feet directly under the hips, toes turned outwards. Sit down, head raised, chest out. The shoulders on the neck, elbows outward. This will be your initial position.
  2. Start to lift the barbell from the supports.
  3. Grif moves close to the torso. Make the second effort, straightening the hips, knees, straining his calf. At the end of the movement keep the shoulders and lock the barbell overhead.
  4. With your feet in the receiving position, feed the body under the fingerboard, raising the bar over his head. Feet stand shoulder width with the toes flattened out. Arms are fully extended above the head.
  5. Return the rod to its original position. The neck should move parallel to the body. Head raised, chest out.
