The jam is candied, what to do
 

Candied jam is the result of digesting jam on a fire. But do not self-flagellation. It is quite possible to refresh it. There are 2 easy ways to do this.

  • The first method

1. Put a jar of jam in a deep pot of water.

2. The water will need to be allowed to boil, but over medium heat until all the candied jam is back to normal.

  • second method

1. Add hot water to the jam at the rate of a quarter cup per liter jar of jam.

 

2. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.

It is important to know that the jam reanimated by such methods will need to be eaten first, it cannot be stored for a long time.
