The ingredients of a healthy daily diet
A simple healthy diet is an integral part of the health of the body. The products we eat directly affect the general condition of the body, have a beneficial or harmful effect on individual organs, on the skin and hair, on immunity, performance and even on our mood.

The issues of proper nutrition have been of concern to scientists for a long time: they thought about this problem back in the 20th century. Today this issue is especially acute, since shop windows are replete with a variety of products, the quality and benefits of which many scientists doubt.

In order to get the healthiest food and consume only high-quality foods that have a beneficial effect on the body, you need to figure out what it really is and what foods should be consumed, and what is under the strictest prohibition.

The body of every person needs such fundamental components as proteins, fats, carbohydrates and, of course, do not forget about minerals and vitamins. These components must be included in the healthy diet menu for the day in the following ratio: one part of fats and proteins, and four parts of carbohydrates.

If the balance is disturbed, rather unpleasant processes can begin in the body: headache and deterioration of the immune system, irritability and nervousness, fatigue, skin and hair will lose attractiveness and look unhealthy, and digestive problems will arise.

The undoubted advantages of a proper healthy diet are such consequences as the absence of obesity, increased immunity, high-quality cleansing of the body: quick elimination of toxins, rapid growth of nails and hair, improvement of the condition and appearance of the skin, strengthening of bone tissue, healthy teeth, stress resistance and increased efficiency, yes and just a good mood.

It takes only 3 weeks to train yourself to eat only the right foods. According to scientists, this is how long it takes the body to get used to taking a certain set of products. To make it easier for the body, you need to follow simple rules:

1. Nutritionists have developed a special table that includes foods indicating the amount of calories they contain. With it, you can easily distribute a healthy food menu for every day. Be sure to go for groceries well fed. Coming to the market or store feeling hungry, you can buy a lot of unnecessary and unnecessary products.

2. Every day you need to drink from 1,5 to 2 liters of water. Get an attractive jug that can hold the right amount of liquid and fill it. This way, you can properly manage your fluid intake throughout the day.

3. Eliminate salt from the diet. Sweets can be eaten no later than 12 noon. Sweets and biscuits should be replaced with dried fruits and berries, honey and nuts.

4. Instead of snacks in a cafe, if you feel hungry, eat an apple.

5. Get used to natural juices. The benefits of their use are colossal.

6. It is advisable to purchase products for a healthy diet not in supermarkets, but at farmers’ markets. It is on the market that you can buy fresh and natural dairy products, herbs, vegetables and fruits.

7. Remember that you need to eat several (4-5) times a day in small portions.

For example, a healthy food menu for every day might look like this:

First breakfast from 6.30 am to 7.30 am. Cottage cheese with the addition of berries and honey.

From 9.00 to 9.30 second breakfast. Whole grain bread with herbs and avocado.

Snack from 11.00 to 11.30. A bowl of berries or an apple.

From 13.30 to 14.30 lunch. Chicken cutlets with lettuce and vegetables.

Afternoon snack from 15.30 to 16.00. Zhmenka nuts and dried fruits.

Dinner from 18.00 to 19.00. Grilled sea or river lean fish + salad.
