The trainer’s posts on the social network inspired Tatyana Petrova from Volgograd to start losing weight. A competent program and a balanced diet helped her get rid of 24 kilograms.

I lost 24 kg, at the waist – minus 26 cm, in the hips – minus 15 cm.
I was never thin, but after the first birth, the weight began to gradually increase. I decided that I needed to lose weight, signed up for aerobics and turned to an endocrinologist to draw up a nutrition plan. After consulting an endocrinologist, I was prescribed a diet: alternate three days of protein with two days of fruit and vegetables. On protein days, I needed to drink coffee with milk in the morning, eat meat and green peas at lunchtime, in the evening – meat or a 50-gram piece of cheese. In the diet of fruit and vegetable days for breakfast – apples, for lunch – vegetable soup, stewed vegetables, for dinner – salad. I began to eat like this, began to lose weight and lost even more weight than I weighed before giving birth. But after six months, the body seemed to malfunction, and on protein days I really wanted vegetables and fruits, and on fruit days – cottage cheese. After aerobics, I did not see any fundamental changes either. As a result, I decided to slowly go from this diet and eat both proteins and vegetables together. The weight began to grow, and so much so that I added both my lost kilograms, and the same amount from above.
Disappointed in diets, I began to eat, as I ate before, the weight gradually increased from year to year. Looking again in the mirror, I was surprised how I let myself go. The husband began to hint that it was time to lose weight already, this was the last straw.
After watching the programs, reading books, I decided to start losing weight again. I went to a gym not far from my house, but since I didn’t like the coach (and there was only one there), I found exercises on the Internet that could be performed on simulators, and began to do it myself. And again, exhausting training, and not much change is visible. The process went very slowly, and in six months I myself was able to lose only 5 kg. This did not please me at all. My food was limited: I did not eat fats at all, everything was only low-fat, meat – only lean beef, chicken breast, lean fish, plus vegetables and dried fruits.
My sister told me that a sports studio had opened in Volzhsky, where there is a trainer who can draw up a nutrition plan and with whom she herself consulted. I subscribed to Valeria on the social network and began to watch her posts. The photos of the girls who lost weight were impressive. And then I thought: “What am I looking at? We must act. ” I wrote to Valeria and came to her training. I practiced three times a week, after each workout I received a huge boost of energy. The body began to change rapidly. Every day I fell in love with strength training, the right one that was chosen for me, to change my problem areas.
After compiling the nutrition, I was surprised that you can eat foods such as cheese, butter, pasta, chocolate and at the same time lose weight. With such a diet, the weight began to go away. All products are available, and the presence of cheese and chocolate on the menu is very pleasing.
After workouts – massage, which helped to reduce centimeters at the waist. The condition of the skin has improved, blood pressure has returned to normal. In addition, before joining this particular gym, my back practically did not move, and I could not do all the exercises. I had to go to a chiropractor here, in the center of figure creation, thanks to which my pains disappeared, my back became more mobile, many restrictions in the choice of exercises were gone.
Before, going into a store, I bought things that were my size, but now I choose what I like.
This is my intermediate result, there is still a lot of work ahead, there is room for improvement.
