Wrists, neck, temples – sensitive places for cooling
If you suffer from heat, you should know that the easiest way to cool down is to cool down these parts of the body. On them, the skin is thinner, which brings the best results. You can simply pour cool water over yourself or apply a cold compress.
Drinking hot drinks
Although it seems illogical at first glance, it really helps. Thanks to this, we sweat more, which is the body’s natural fight against heat. In addition, our body temperature rises slightly and adjusts to that outside.
Appropriate clothing
There is no need to remind you to wear light clothes. It is well known that light colors reflect light. However, not everyone is aware that stripping down to the proverbial broth is not that effective. It is better to make sure that the clothes are made of natural fabrics that let air through and absorb moisture.

Don’t forget to drink the right amount of fluids. In the heat, it is an absolute basis. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters a day to avoid dehydration. Water is the best, you can drink juices, homemade compotes, reach for isotonics. Carbonated drinks or alcohol are not recommended.
