On the five-point Likert scale (scale 1-5), they rated the ease of use, the availability of doctors and specialists, and the quality of the advice obtained. If you want to compare the satisfaction results among platform users between the third and fourth quarter of 2021, it can be noticed that the level of patient satisfaction increased in each of the analyzed areas. Both the punctuality of visits, the availability of doctors and the ease of use are at a very high level. We achieved the best result in terms of the quality of advice – receiving an increase in the rating from 4,81 points in the third quarter to 4,96 points in the fourth quarter of 2021. Research methodology using the NPS indicator

The NPS (Net Promoter Score) was used to assess the degree of online medical consultation orders on the haloDoctor platform. The platform’s patients rated on a scale from 1 to 10 to what extent they recommend consulting haloDoctor to their friends and family members. Based on the answers provided, 3 groups of patients were constructed:

  1. Promoters (answers 9 and 10) – customers who regularly use the service, providing recommendations
  2. Passive (answers 7 and 8) – satisfied customers, but disloyal to the brand
  3. Critics (answers from 1 to 6) – customers dissatisfied with the service, building negative opinions about the platform.

The NPS index is the difference between the percentage of brand promoters and its critics. A positive index indicates good standards. In the case of scores from 50 to 70, it can be said that the quality of customer service is excellent. Scores above 70 mean a world class in brand standards.

The NPS study involved 10 patients who benefited from online medical consultations on the haloDoctor platform between August 600 and December 3, 27.
