– I have always been plump, but at the same time I considered myself a handsome man. Therefore, he ate what he wanted and when he wanted. Have lunch or dinner with shawarma, sausages and wash it down with a liter of cola – please. The girls paid attention to me, but when it came to relationships, the beauties offered only friendship. I realized that I needed to change. To begin with, I stopped eating bread and flour, and in a month and a half, 21 kg immediately went away.
At around 100 kg, the weight rose. It turns out that everyone who is losing weight is faced with such a phenomenon. I began to study articles, videos and found a way out. It was necessary to shake up the body – once a month to arrange a feast of the belly in order to speed up the metabolism. That day I ate whatever I wanted. And it worked, the weight started to go away again. Of course, the rest of the time my diet was correct. For breakfast – oatmeal in milk with a spoonful of honey, for lunch – boiled or baked meat, buckwheat, fresh vegetable salad. Somewhere at 16:00 pm, I had a yogurt snack or ate a few chicken eggs without yolk. Tried to have dinner at 7pm. As a rule, a pack of cottage cheese with milk. I drank a lot of water, and 40 minutes before or after meals, but after the same time.
My relatives supported me and gave me a cardio machine for my birthday. I began to study in the morning and in the evening for 40–45 minutes. From my own experience, I was convinced: if the body does not have time to recover, the weight rises, and the results slow down. It is also important to get enough sleep, metabolic processes take place in a dream. Many people asked how I manage to refuse harmful but tasty dishes. The result is important to me. When the weight returned to normal, he began to build muscle in the gym. I used to keep a weight diary, but now I take pictures every two weeks to record my progress. I go to training every other day and even on holidays, I always find time.
With my personal life now, too, everything is fine: I met my beloved girl. She supports me and we enjoy going to the gym together.
