The Guest Fair arrives in Madrid
The meeting will develop a complete response to the demands of the sector in the figure of the Guest Summit space.
A new hotel meeting arrives in the capital of Spain, with the name of Guest, the hospitality sector has a new vision of the latest trends in accommodation.
On November 28 and 29, at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid, this fair will be held, bringing together exhibitors related to the services and technologies applied to the Hotel.
The meeting will develop a complete response to the demands of the sector in the figure of the Guest Summit space.
The Fair is led by Easyfairs and has the institutional support of the Cheer up Spanish hotel management (Cheer up ) and the Hotel Technological Institute (ITH).
Through the different spaces that will be enabled we will be able to witness, master classes, round tables, work spaces, presentations and debates that will make the congress an authentic meeting point for the professional hotel world.
The keys to optimizing the different stages of the traveler, online visibility, direct reservations or customer satisfaction will be some of the areas that will be debated during the fair days.
Technology as a differentiating lever.
The exhibition part welcomes different companies that offer a wide range of technological solutions that complete the hotel’s services, such as home automation, payment solutions or CRM.
Likewise, in terms of equipment and general services, there will also be a wide representation of elements with the entire ecosystem of resources related to the facility services, outsourcing, energy efficiency, restaurant trends, design, consulting, etc …
In the different meetings that are detailed in the program of the fair, we highlight some of them:
