The girl wrote an unusual letter to her mother to find out what they would give her

One of the most enjoyable moments on a birthday is receiving gifts. Even if they are not as important to you as attention, the question is still brewing somewhere inside: “What will I get today?” And we stoically await the revelation of the secret. But little Teagan could not stand it and took the situation into her own hands.

Only a few days remained before the birthday of little Teagan, but it’s not in vain that they say that the wait is painful – the girl could not wait for the “X hour” to see what her parents would give her. Without wasting time asking her relatives – and they would hardly have told – she came up with a cunning plan.

Teagan wrote a letter to her mother, but not on her own behalf, but pretending to be her father. It said that he (the father) forgot that it was he and his wife who bought “their dear daughter” as a birthday present. That’s why his wife should remind him of this – Teagan underlined the empty space on the sheet so that mom would know where to write the answer.

The girl seems to have thought of everything. She crossed out the accidental and, probably, automatically written “dear mother” at the beginning of the note and corrected it to “dear wife”. Teagan even left a love ‘xxx’ badge at the end. And so that her mother would not have any doubts that the letter was written by her father, the girl emphasized that the author of the text was “definitely not Teagan.”

Such a trick could not but amuse the parents, and they shared a photo of the letter on social networks – as a result, the post gained more than 13 thousand likes and 500 comments. Some users noted the genius of the child and how she carefully planned everything. And others advised parents to continue the game by responding to Teagan’s letter.

So, one of the most popular suggested options is to pretend that the girl’s birthday was completely forgotten: “I should have written in response like this: “Wait … Is it her birthday? When?”

An alternative prank would have been to indicate a gift, but not the one Teagan was expecting: “I’d write something like coal in there.”

In fact, it only seems to us that we are smarter than children and are able to predict all their actions. Who knows, maybe little Teagan will correct the mistakes, and after a while her mother will no longer be able to distinguish between the notes of her daughter and her husband.
