– The funniest thing was when my former boyfriend approached me to meet. And when I introduced myself to him, he was shocked, did not believe, I even had to show an old photo. True, she did not begin to build a relationship with him a second time. And the friends who used to take me for their boyfriend in the company suddenly began to flirt …
And this is my story. I started gaining weight strongly when I was 12 years old after eye surgery. I had to move less, be more in a sitting position. The food was good, I didn’t deny myself anything.

At first I did not attach any importance to this, well, plump and okay. Although at school the children were teasing, but I had already formed a “shell”, did not react to nicknames. But when the boys began to like it, then I realized the scale of the problem. True, I had a personal life, guys also like donuts, but such a minority. Yes, and I was ashamed of myself, of my body. I understood that I wanted to be different, but nothing worked, I quickly dropped my hands, seized a bad mood. The weight was already 120 kg. I thought it was the limit, but it turned out not. Parents got involved: they took away sweets, reminded me of a diet, and even made me go to fitness. But there was no point, because it was their desire, not mine.
For her 30th birthday she made herself a present – minus 30 kg in two months.
In the gym, she was terribly shy, put on headphones in order to abstract herself from others as much as possible. But she herself could not and did not want to do anything: it was difficult in such a weight. Now it’s a shame to remember, but I even moistened my T-shirt with water so that my mother would think that I was in the gym, and meanwhile I slept at home. And she did not deny herself tasty and high-calorie food: secretly from her parents she could even eat mashed potatoes with a cutlet and tea with cookies before training, and then have dinner afterwards.
I tried diets and supplements, lost a few kilograms, but then broke down, and the weight became even more. By the time I was 29, I felt like a pensioner: I couldn’t walk a minute – my back ached, my legs ached, and I felt short of breath. And it finally worked on me: I measured my weight – 148 kg! I did not expect such a figure and decided to urgently lose weight.
I found a ready-made menu on the Internet, painted it to my taste: I ate 5 times a day, excluded salt, oil, fatty, sausages, sweet, flour. Now my favorite foods are beef baked with vegetables in the oven, or chicken breast. In order not to break down, in the intervals between the main meals, every 3 hours I ate about 5 almond nuts, or 3-4 prunes, or a green apple (kiwi, pineapple). I asked my family to help me: prepare diet meals and not have hearty dinners.

On the first day of my new diet at work, I ate by the hour, and when I got on the scales the next day, I couldn’t believe my eyes: it took almost 3 kg. And then I believed in myself! The first month was the most difficult, but I didn’t have any breakdowns. When I went to a cafe, I felt sorry for my efforts, and I calmly refused both alcohol and fast food.
I already went to workouts with a desire: first, walking on the track, gradually increasing the speed, then exercises for the muscles. And for her 30th birthday she made herself a gift – minus 30 kg in two months. I gained confidence in myself, it became easier to walk. Although I was still fat, the feeling that I could change gave me strength. Now the coach consulted me.
The weight went away gradually, and they started to pay me compliments, it’s nice. I began to go to regular clothing stores more often, and not for people with uniforms. I got dresses and shoes with heels. I stick to a healthy diet and can’t imagine myself without sports. Now, in addition to my main profession, I help people lose weight. My story is an example for many.
