The biannual congress of “Kitchen Dialogues” that in this new edition of 2015, it will be held on the 9th and 10th of March in the Basque Culinary Center.

Professionals in the hospitality sector have a new appointment with future trends in the gastronomic field in the hands of the best professionals, where they will seek a collaborative space of knowledge and relaxation to make the most of the two days of culinary work.

What is Kitchen Dialogues based on?

Building bridges multidisciplinary knowledge It was the initial bet in 2007 when the first edition of the meeting was held.

Over the next few years, experts and professionals in areas such as art, design, technology, communication and of course gastronomy or cooking, they were laying the foundations of the space for reflection and sharing that has survived to this day, in order to achieve creative synergies in culinary preparation.

Cooks of the international organization Euro Rings, have been collaborating in the event since its inception, providing value, vision and experience, not in vain the participation of more than 3500 chefs from around twenty countries in the forum, they provide a very enriching multicultural vision that has been transferred to the participants of the editions already held.
