French press with EZ bar on incline bench — technique exercises:
- Lie on a bench as shown in the figure.
- Position the fretboard on crashing at arm’s length. Hands should make 90 degree angle with the body.
- On the inhale slowly lower the barbell down. Should move only the forearm.
- Lift the barbell straight up, completely straight arms. Elbows should be fixed.
