French press with EZ bar on incline bench — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on a bench as shown in the figure.
  2. Position the fretboard on crashing at arm’s length. Hands should make 90 degree angle with the body.
  3. On the inhale slowly lower the barbell down. Should move only the forearm.
  4. Lift the barbell straight up, completely straight arms. Elbows should be fixed.
