The fattest woman in the world is dead

Eman Ahmed, the Egyptian woman weighing as much as 504 kg, died. The cause of death was heart and kidney failure. The woman was 37 years old.

Eman Ahmed, originally from Egypt, was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai in February. During her stay at the facility, under the supervision of doctors, the woman underwent intensive slimming therapy, which was to prepare her for the stomach reduction procedure. Thanks to the operation, weighing 504 kg, the woman lost 300 kg of excess weight.

Then, when her condition normalized, she was taken to a clinic in the United Arab Emirates. There, with the help of specialists, she learned healthy eating habits and how to control her diet. Despite the efforts of specialists, the woman’s body could not withstand the havoc caused by obesity. Eman had serious heart and kidney problems. According to doctors, the failure of these organs was the cause of the woman’s death.

Eman was plump as a child. In an interview with journalists, the woman’s family mentions that Eman liked to eat very much and was constantly hungry. Rapid weight gain made her stop walking at the age of 11. When she wanted to get somewhere, she just crawled on the floor, and over time, she also stopped sitting on her own.
