Both are convinced that it is essential that each person find a powerful motivation, whatever it may be, to exercise daily, because that would be the only thing that allows to neutralize these regrets that seem so strong: “I don’t have time”, “I’m exhausted (or exhausted)”, “I’m lazy”, “I could get injured” … “When you don’t have a clear ‘why’ to exercise, any excuse becomes a solid reason to stay at home “, explains Gemma Pineda.

For the Pin Twins, sport is not an obligation, nor a job, but a necesidad. Since they started their career as professional swimmers at a high performance center at the age of 10, they have made physical activity their way of life. They have just turned 30 years old and for almost 10 years they have dedicated their professional lives to training. «We help other people to be clear about their sports goals and they comply with them, but we also try to make them gain confidence, de-stress, regain energy and fill themselves with positivity, “they explain. But that, as they clarify, takes an effort associated because “things do not fall from the sky and that is something that we always show all the people we help to train.”

What part of the body costs more to tone?

Throughout their years of experience as personal trainers, the Pin Twins have proven that the abdomen It is the area of ​​the body that usually costs the most to tone up for men, while for women it takes a greater effort to work the lower body: legs and buttocks.

Your exercise routines usually include exercises «full body» or global, that is, their proposals integrate more than one muscle group at the same time. In addition to strength, they try to work with their routines on agility, flexibility, endurance and speed.

Every week at ABC Bienestar they share an exercise routine that can be practiced in 10-12 minutes anytime, anywhere. We encourage you to sign up for the monthly challenge and follow this proposal.

First week (every day): The first routine they propose can be done in 10 minutes, consists of 6 cardio exercises (beginner level) and must be repeated three times after a 15-second break. The objective of these exercises is to tone the whole body and improve the figure

Second week (every day) This routine has a 12 minute run time and 6 simple cardio exercises. It is a «full body» training and its objective is burn fat.

Third week (every day) In this routine, the Pin twins propose to specifically work on the buttocks and legs with a routine of 6 exercises that can be done in 12 minutes.

Fourth week (every day): finally, Esther and Gemma Pineda propose a routine of 12 minutes and 8 exercises whose objective is to achieve the desired «tablet»In the abdomen.
