An expert, co-chairman of the All-Russian Union of Patients, Yan Vlasov, told us about who is given a certificate of medical elimination from vaccination against COVID-19.
– To date, indications for withdrawal from vaccination have not been officially developed. Too little time has passed. Therefore, when the question of contraindications is raised, it is always a slight deception. Naturally, a negative attitude towards this kind of “contraindications” is being formed. Indeed, in fact, all of them are still unsubstantiated. Therefore, now we will have to make convincing arguments in favor of excluding vaccination.
What can serve as such reasonable arguments?
First, there are recommendations from the Russian Ministry of Health to resort to vaccination with caution if a person has had a coronavirus infection, then the vaccine can be given only six months later, or he is undergoing, for example, immunosuppressive therapy.
Secondly, if a person has chronic diseases, he is observed by the attending physician and there are corresponding entries in his medical history. In such cases, the attending physician decides what exactly in a particular case may be a contraindication and whether vaccination will be such.
Do I need to provide a certificate of the availability of a medical outlet to the Moscow government, Rospotrebnadzor?
No, you do not need a certificate to carry out checks. We carry out automatic reconciliation of data on vaccinated workers with UMIAS and the state information system of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Unified register of vaccinated people in the country) and check the fulfillment of the indicator of 60%. Information about medical evacuation, past illness and other reasons for refusing vaccination is rather useful for the employer himself, for understanding the level of protection of his team and clients. Such workers belong to the remaining 40%, – says on Moscow Department of Health.

The president said that he is against coercion regarding the coronavirus vaccination, the politician believes that vaccination should be voluntary.
