The difference between the second pregnancy and the first: a visual photo

The famous fitness model and trainer Emily Sky has demonstrated on herself: your own body will always find something to surprise you with.

We already wrote about this instamom: Emily Sky inspires millions of her subscribers to improve her physical shape. Despite being considered a fitness icon in Australia, Emily gained weight during her pregnancy just like any other woman. She honestly admitted that she gained more than 20 kilograms and was not at all upset by this.

After giving birth, Emily shared candid photos and videos of what a perfectly trained body looks like after a pregnancy test. She admitted: there is a lot of excess skin on her stomach, which will never tighten again.

Nevertheless, Emily is not discouraged. Moreover, she decided on a second birth, despite the fact that the first pregnancy was not easy for her.

“I felt just disgusting. I didn’t have the strength to train, I felt sick, I wanted junk food, ”she confesses.

The 35-year-old blogger is now 19 weeks pregnant. And, as usual, he hides nothing from his subscribers. Emily decided to share how her second pregnancy differs from the first by publishing an eloquent collage: in both pictures she is 19 weeks pregnant, but in the second photo her belly is twice as large.

“Past pregnancy versus current one. No two are alike! As well as our bodies, lives, fitness habits, writes Emily. – We are all different, and comparing ourselves with someone is pointless … If only for fun or curiosity.

Emily continues to train: stands in the bar, works out in the gym. But without fanaticism, it is more and more difficult for a young mother to do this. And health and safety are still more important than a fit figure.

“I admire women who do not stop intense training during pregnancy. I personally cannot do this and I feel a little guilty looking at them, ”the girl says.

As for the size of the belly, Emily believes that it is generally not worth paying attention to.

“What really matters is that my child and I are healthy. If so, then the size of the belly does not matter, ”she is sure.

She was supported in the comments: the subscribers are sincerely grateful to Emily for the fact that she motivates them to take care of themselves, but at the same time does not arouse feelings of guilt or disgust for their own body. “It’s great when a fitness model tells the real truth about pregnancy,” write other moms. – Thank you for sharing your inspiration with us. It helps a lot to accept yourself. ”

By the way, haters attacked Emily in her previous pregnancy. Some even said that they were unsubscribing from her: they say, they liked to look at a slender, fit girl, and not at a “pot-bellied whale”.
