The connection between twins

Someone will say that this is all psychosomatics. Someone might say that it is an exception to the rule. And we will say that this is a miracle.

Rachel and Becky are twin sisters. Born together, raised together Both got married, and their chosen ones are called the same – William. Yes, their husbands even look somewhat similar! Not to be confused, Becky’s husband was called Todd, and Rachel’s wife was called Billy. Moreover, the sisters learned almost at the same time that they were pregnant. Rachel was due to give birth in early August. Becky was due a couple of weeks later.

“We’ve always been very close. We did everything together, ”said Rachel.

Becky was going to give birth at a hospital near her home. But then she changed her mind and went to her sister to support her: Rachel was running over the term. It was already August 10, and the baby was in no hurry to be born. The doctors decided to stimulate labor: the procedure was scheduled for August 13th. But even medical intervention did not help. Regular contractions did not start in any way. It was August 15th. Then Becky came to the hospital. She took her sister by the hand – and, as if by magic, the contractions began. And after a couple of hours, Becky’s contractions began. The women were taken to neighboring wards. So they managed to communicate by tapping on the wall.

Late in the evening, Rachel gave birth to a son. The healthy, loud-nosed boy was named after his dad (and his uncle at the same time) – William. But Becky still couldn’t give birth. It was her sister’s turn to help her. Once again, the presence of the twin worked: by the evening of the next day, Becky gave birth. The boy, of course. They named him Andy.
