The trainer from Ireland even managed to lose weight on a similar diet, without depriving himself of harmful fast food at all.
Oisin Mulligan decided to conduct an unusual experiment and thereby prove to himself and everyone around that, even eating fast food, you can lose the hated kilograms. The main thing is to limit the number of your favorite foods. So, for two weeks, the man followed an unusual diet: every day he ate a decent portion of fast food, consisting of burgers, French fries, washed down all 2 liters of water and walked a lot. At the beginning of the unusual experiment, the weight of the young man was 82 kg. In the early days of such a diet, Mulligan feared that due to the fast carbohydrates that make up burgers, he would constantly feel hungry.
To avoid this, the subject was forced to eat 2,5 thousand calories. On the first day, he recorded his weight at 81,2 kg and began a kind of fast food diet. The calorie intake of each day of two weeks was just over 2,3 thousand calories. Oisin also walked at least 10 thousand steps and drank 2 liters of water a day. According to estimates, the guy lost an average of 200 g per day, and at the end of the diet he lost up to 80 kg.
Thus, the trainer proved that it is not always necessary to exclude favorite foods in the diet, it is much easier to limit their quantity.
