This year Millesime Madrid with the name of EL Circus, pays tribute to Gastronomy, spectacle, architecture and beauty.
Millesime Madrid It is now in its eighth edition, and from today Tuesday June 16, until the next 19, it will delight us with a cast of participants, and activities, truly avant-garde and surprising.
El Circus, which is how his slogan looks, will introduce us to the most casual and transgressive gastronomy in an architectural and uniquely designed environment in the multipurpose pavilion “Satellite Arena” from the Country House of the Capital of Spain.
The Bo Devil of the best shows with cabaret and circus lines, show a burlesque image of the staging that decorates Rachel Chamorro, in the different outdoor spaces where the gastronomic event is presented:

- Barman Club and Terraces
To give a personal line to the interiors of the three Restaurants Millesime has had María de la Osa, Malu González, Jacobo Pérez Enciso, Carmen Barasona and Carmen Baselga.
What can we see in the four days of Millesime
The best gastronomy on the other side of the Atlantic, with the seal of Mexico, accompanied by the best creators of street food, will be great novelties of this edition that I eat in the past millesime celebrations, it will show an exquisite culinary trend, in collaboration with the best tasting space.
As proof of this and their know-how, we will have the best exponents of Aztec avant-garde cuisine such as Pablo Salas (Amaranta, Toluca), Pedro Evia (K´u´uk, Mérida), Benito Molina (Manzanilla, Ensenada) and Jonathan Gomez Luna (Le Chique, Riviera Maya)
As Trackmaster of the Open BAR from the circus world adapted to gastronomy we will have the presence of the chef Salvatore Tassa (The Ciociare Hills)
And to relax in the Lounge and Terrace, we will count the best guest artists, the distillates of Zadibe: Martin Miller’s, Matusalen, José Cuervo, 1880, and the classic 43 liquor.
The award Millesime Madrid 2015, awarded by the Belgian Beer brand Affligem will be awarded to the winners of the Tapas contest in which the Gastronomy schools of Jorge of Andrés and Pedro Larumbe.
