PSYchology

In less than half a century, the book of the famous British doctor and child psychoanalyst Donald Woods Winnicott was finally published in Russian. That is, no, half a century has nevertheless passed — in the homeland of the author, the book was first published back in 1964. And over the past years, it has become, if not a bible, then something very close to it — both for parents who need to know what their little child thinks and feels, and for specialists. Finding quotes on the Internet, and even translations of entire chapters, is not difficult. And yet it is one thing — translated fragments by who knows, and another — the full text in an official, high-quality translation. And this is definitely a case where better late than never.
