On August 29, the XIV edition of the festivals of national tourist interest, which recreate the Cantabrian wars from the time of the Romans.
The town of The Corrales de Buelna prepares to celebrate this edition, for a week until September 7, a thousand people, all members of the Cantabrian Wars Association, will take part in the many events that are in store for us in this new celebration.
The members of the 26 tribes, legions and religious and civil Roman formations, will concentrate in the Circus Maximus, installed next to the City Hall, to star in the raising of banners, and thus will begin the celebrations and activities.
This year the re-enactments of the battles will be mixed with events and contests that relate the festivities to gastronomy or part of it.
The celebrations
