The British turned the house into a jungle, but his wife did not appreciate it

Now his home has become a real attraction!

Johnny Balchandani, 34, has always had a special love for plants. The Malvern resident works as a marketer, but in his heart considered himself a florist. Recently, the Briton has decided on an unusual change. He transformed his own house, turning it into a huge picturesque greenhouse in a few days.

Balchandani spent more than 6000 pounds (about 618 thousand rubles) on this. He bought about two hundred species of exotic plants, which he placed around the entire perimeter of the house. Flowers and trees adorned not only the floor, but also furniture and other interior items. Now, to get from the hall to the kitchen, you need to squeeze through the thickets.

This is exactly what Johnny’s 33-year-old wife, Charlotte Evans, does not like. She complains that the leaves of plants and shrubs literally hit her face when she tries to move around her house. However, the British woman was still able to come to terms with her husband’s unusual love for plants.

Walking through our apartment is like going for a walk in a small jungle. Every day I spend an average of three hours looking after them. Plants give you time to be alone. We have over 2000 of them. It really looks like an indoor jungle, – shared Charlotte in an interview with the Daily Mail.

Johnny admitted that he used to live in the countryside, where nature surrounded him everywhere. After the move, he began to get bored, and therefore decided to recreate the jungle at home. By the way, the children of the couple – 3-year-old Phoenix and 2-year-old Tallulah – liked the garden. They calmly play hide and seek without leaving the premises, and also invite friends who can spend time outdoors at home.

Balchandani believes that his love for plants was passed on to him from his mother. The woman collected rare flowers. At the age of 19, Johnny also began to do this, whose home jungle has become a real attraction in Malvern.
