The bride’s diet: minus 3 kg before the wedding
 

This diet is in demand among brides who want to look their best on the most important day! But it can also be used simply to tighten up your body, regardless of the upcoming events. The duration of this effective diet is 3 days, during which time you can lose about 3 excess weight, depending on your constitution and existing excess weight. 

It is important to drink plenty of clean, non-carbonated water throughout the day.

The first day

Drink 2 glasses of warm water half an hour before breakfast to kickstart your metabolism.

 

Breakfast: a glass of skim milk with a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa and a teaspoon of honey.

Snack: grapefruit.

Lunch: 200 grams of boiled chicken breast, 300 grams of fresh vegetables.

Snack: a glass of low-fat yogurt or kefir without additives

Dinner: vegetable broth.

Second day

Breakfast: 2 grapefruits, or milk with cocoa and honey.

Lunch: vegetable broth and a glass of yogurt without additives and sugar.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled lean chicken or fish, 300 grams of fresh vegetables.

The third day

Breakfast: Drink at least a liter of still water before lunch.

Lunch: 300-400 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, a glass of low-fat kefir.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled lean meat, fresh vegetables.

At the slightest discomfort, the diet should be discontinued at any stage. Despite the good cleansing effect, this food may not be suitable for people with gastrointestinal sensitivities.
