If you lack hysterical traits and would like to develop some of them, then check out the following exercises:
- More than anyone else, you need acting training and the development of stage feeling and imagination. Find an opportunity to study in a drama studio, a circle of art words, in a pantomime group — where they will develop your physical and spiritual expressiveness.
- Without any special classes — learn to imitate the facial expressions and intonations of other people, try to copy their facial expressions.
In addition, it will be useful for you:
- Get out to the center more often and play the role of an entertainer. It may not come out right away, but no one promised you quick results.
- Play choleric, react to everything vividly and impulsively.

- Take a critical look at your wardrobe. Where are you bright? Fashionable? Let there be at least one thing, but such that they lay down — that’s it. See Image
- Learn to speak loudly and follow the figurativeness, brightness of speech. It is very useful to learn to read (recite, cry) poetry and include it in your daily speech.
