Indeed, if there are so many products for bright makeup in a cosmetic brand, then you need to wash it off with something?

Expectations: manufacturers claim that Meltdown is suitable even for long-lasting makeup. The product gently removes even the most persistent cosmetics and has a beneficial effect on your skin. The extract of the sea fan fights inflammation, while beta-carotene and spilantes oleraceus extract from the jungle of South Africa stimulate the production of collagen in the skin. Cranberry and Raspberry Seed Oil, Kukui Nut Oil and Oatmeal Oil moisturize and replenish the skin with vitality.

Reality: when you open a bright tube, it seems that now you will be greeted by a sweet aroma. But Meltdown has a fresh scent of … cucumber!

The first time I tried to apply the product and wipe it off with a napkin as recommended by the manufacturers. I didn’t like this method and preferred to use cotton pads. The texture of the gel-cream gently cleanses the skin and leaves no oily sheen, which was a pleasant surprise.

On the second day, the product had to undergo a serious test: I made a jet black Smoky eyes and applied mascara to the eyelashes in a thick layer. The product withstood such a brutal test, and after a few minutes, the face was perfectly clean. Another bonus: Meltdown doesn’t dry out your skin!

Rating: 10 of 10 points. I am completely satisfied with the product.

– When choosing a cleansing agent, I usually approach very carefully. I always scrutinize the composition for sulfates, parabens and silicones. Payot Foam turned out to be imperfect in terms of ingredients, but paradoxically, I liked it.

Expectations: from Payot Nettoyant Moussant Douceur foam, I expected a high-quality cleansing without a draining effect. Some of the cleansers irritate me because of ingredients that are too aggressive, so I didn’t want this product to cause a negative skin reaction. According to the manufacturer, the foam is ideal for those with dry skin, does not disturb the moisture balance and does not irritate the skin. In the composition of the product, you can find quite pleasant ingredients: extracts of papaya, boswelia, smithsonite and rhodochrosite. One of the important ingredients is shea butter.

Reality: as I already said, the composition of the Payot foam is imperfect. The first places in the list of ingredients are taken by water, alcohol and surfactants. The vaunted extracts can be found only at the very end of the list, which means that they are present in the product in extremely small concentrations. Oddly enough, but at the same time, the skin responded perfectly to the foam. No irritation, dryness or dehydration. After washing, the skin became soft and soft. The foam does not foam well, has a very delicate cream texture, but at the same time it washes away decorative cosmetics (and from the eyes as well) the first time. I also really liked the scent of the cleansing foam: it smelled very subtly of flowers and fruits. The product is well washed off, the skin is clean, but not to the point of squeak. The only drawback of the product is that it is not very economically consumed.

Rating: 9 out of 10. All of me liked Payot foam, not counting the composition.

– I was not familiar with the professional brand Egia before. This is understandable: usually my favorites are environmentally friendly products with an organic composition. True, after reading several positive reviews about this brand’s washer, I wanted to try its miraculous power on myself.

Expectations: according to the manufacturer, the gel is ideal for any type of skin, perfectly cleanses, removes makeup, saturates with vitamins and microelements. At the same time, the product does not violate the natural pH balance of the skin, does not irritate it, but on the contrary – soothes and relieves inflammation. When you look at the description of the gel, it seems as if it literally works wonders and is able to transform even the most terrible skin.

Reality: Of course, I stopped believing in fairy tales a long time ago and I don’t expect miracles from cosmetics. Unfortunately, the manufacturer’s inspirational promises did not come true. After a week of using twice a day, the skin did not feel better, but rather dried out a little. I would not recommend this product for those with dry or hypersensitive skin. I had a slight feeling of tightness immediately after applying the moisturizer. The main disadvantages of the gel, I would say, is the aroma and texture. The product smells like sea freshness or something similar, with a hint of toilet soap or laundry detergent. To be honest, I am a small fan of this perfume. The second point is texture. The wash is a gel, but not thick, but such a jelly-jelly. It hardly foams (which is a plus for me personally) and spreads easily over the face. But it is quite difficult to wash off the product with a standard evening wash: the remains of the gel create something like a film on the skin, which is very difficult to wash off with water. In my opinion, Biopura is perfect for washing your face in the shower: under multiple jets of water, the rinsing process is not so prolonged.

Rating: 8 out of 10. The gel is very economical, it will be enough for six months for sure. It cleans well, but I consider its fragrance and difficulty in rinsing off as significant drawbacks.

Expectation: I always try to choose products that are suitable for sensitive skin and do not cause allergic reactions. Having tried many cosmetic products, I was never able to settle on any one – each product had both pros and cons. After reading the recommendations of the manufacturers, I was completely delighted! I prefer to rinse off products with water, otherwise I get a feeling of discomfort and tightness.

The Facial Cleanser coped with its task perfectly – the cream gently cleansed the skin without injuring or causing various rashes and redness. In addition, the complexion has become slightly lighter and overall the skin looks healthier.

Evaluation: 10 of 10… A radiant complexion and healthy clear skin – what else do you need to feel beautiful and well-groomed?

– Not so long ago, one interesting product was added to my cosmetic arsenal – Nimue Cleansing Milk. I must admit that I have never tried this brand before, so the effect was a real surprise.

Expectations: I have been using the most common Garnier face wash for many years. By and large, he suited me, but did not cause delight. I have combination skin, it seemed that the product slightly dries the skin, but completely removes the oily sheen. I wanted more gentle care, and I hoped that with Nimue Cleansing Milk it would be possible. Moreover, the manufacturer says: this beauty product consists of moisturizing milk peptides and Cermaid-3. These unique ingredients not only instantly cleanse the skin, but also perfectly restore its natural balance.

Reality: the tool won me over from the first application. The milk has a non-greasy light texture, the smell is milky-creamy, pleasant. Perfectly copes with its duties – cleanses the skin, removes makeup and at the same time perfectly softens. After use, a very comfortable feeling of fresh and hydrated skin remains.

Evaluation: I give 10 out of 10 for gentle and pleasant care.

Expectations: I expected from the cleansing milk, no matter how trite it may sound, for the ideal and gentle cleansing of the skin from dirt and makeup.

Reality: Darphin milk won over me with the composition, which included my favorite ingredients – extracts of chamomile and hawthorn. They, according to the manufacturer, have soothing and softening properties.

In fact, everything turned out as the creators promised. The texture of the milk turned out to be very delicate and pleasant, it cleanses and moisturizes well. I also want to note the light floral scent of the product, it just won me over! It is especially pleasing that the train lasts for several hours.

Evaluation: 10 of 10.

Expectations: Manufacturers claim that the composition of the cream makes the skin silky, soothes it and gives it a glow. Easily removes makeup and dirt.

Reality: The first application, to be honest, baffled me. A small amount of the cream, as recommended on the label, was mixed with water and applied to the skin, and then washed off. As a result, some of the makeup (blush and foundation) was removed from the face, but not completely. And dark stains formed under the eyes. “Maybe I’m doing something wrong?” – I turned to a detailed description of the tool. It turned out that it must be used in combination with a stronger “wash” of the same brand. The soft cream is already the second stage of skin care. Not surprisingly, I failed to get the result I expected.

I prepared for the next use of the product more thoroughly: I first removed the makeup with special products, wiped off the remnants with micellar water and only then used the test product. There was nothing special to cleanse, however, after application, I felt that the skin seemed to breathe.

I felt a more noticeable result after a few days of applying the cream in combination with other cleansers. The skin, indeed, became softer, redness disappeared. Glow? Cosmetic companies love to write this pretty word on their labels. Maybe my skin glowed, but I didn’t notice it … I never did.

Rating: 6 of 10 points. Not very objective, because in order to truly appreciate the Elizabeth Arden Pro wash, another preparation from the complex had to be used. I subtract 4 points for the complication of the procedure for cleansing the skin. You know, I’m a girl who works hard and can hardly afford to spend 30 minutes daily just cleansing her face. Means for removing foundation and mascara, then micellar, then “wash” and, finally, a moisturizer or mask. 5 stages of facial cleansing every day – very cool. Or me, anyone but a girl.
