The best combinations of squid with food

Squids are best combined:
- In salads. Squids are a common ingredient in salads. Still, even just boiled, they are in perfect harmony with other seafood (shrimp, seaweed, mussels, caviar). Fresh vegetables (cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes, bell peppers) will make the squid taste more expressive. Boiled vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beets) and boiled eggs will add satiety to the dish. An interesting squid salad will turn out with the addition of pickled and canned foods (cucumber, peas, olives, olives, onions), mushrooms, cheese (hard, processed, feta), avocado, Korean carrots, garlic, herbs. The dressing can be sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and olive oil, sunflower oil and vinegar, soy sauce.
- As a side dish. An ideal side dish should accentuate the flavor of the squid. Rice will handle this perfectly. Squids can also be served with stewed vegetables (tomato, carrot, pepper, zucchini, cabbage, eggplant). Pasta is also suitable: spaghetti, funchose. Fried squids go well with mashed potatoes.
- In pots. Squids are cooked both chopped and stuffed. Combine with vegetables, mushrooms, eggs. For a golden brown crust, cheese is used, as a filling – cream, sour cream.
