In addition, they contain valuable oils, vitamins and salicylic acid, which have a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin and hair.

The microwave will help to roast the seeds quickly. This method is suitable if you need to cook a small portion of the product. Please note that after processing in the microwave, the seeds will not have a characteristic fried aftertaste.

Sprinkle the washed seeds on a tray, turn on the oven at maximum power. Cook the seeds for 3 minutes, then stir and cook for a couple more minutes. The finished product can be sprinkled with salt.
