For example, it is quercetin, which prevents the degeneration and aging of cells in the spinal cord. It exhibits anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiviral effects. And also coumarins, which have antispasmodic and antitumor properties.

Cumin: medicinal properties and uses
Cumin stimulates digestion, helps with gas and bloating. Since it is a strong antispasmodic, the caraway seed decoction relaxes a tense stomach, relieves pain and suppresses pathogenic bacteria. For this purpose, cumin water can also be given to babies.

Cumin seeds are an affordable and safe health remedy, but not for everyone. It is better to exclude it from the diet for those people who have:
