Bending of hands on a biceps grip “hammer” on the Scott bench — technique exercises:
- Taking in each hand a dumbbell, rest your elbow in the cradle as shown in the figure. Palms facing inward to each other.
- On the inhale slowly lower the dumbbells, straightening the arms until you feel tension in the muscles.
- On the exhale, do the flexion on a biceps, raising dumbbell to shoulder level.
- Tighten your biceps, hold this position. Complete the required number of repetitions.
Variations: this exercise can be performed with one hand, for a better isolation of the biceps. You can also use the lower unit for this exercise.
