Bending of hands on a biceps grip “hammer” on the Scott bench — technique exercises:

  1. Taking in each hand a dumbbell, rest your elbow in the cradle as shown in the figure. Palms facing inward to each other.
  2. On the inhale slowly lower the dumbbells, straightening the arms until you feel tension in the muscles.
  3. On the exhale, do the flexion on a biceps, raising dumbbell to shoulder level.
  4. Tighten your biceps, hold this position. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: this exercise can be performed with one hand, for a better isolation of the biceps. You can also use the lower unit for this exercise.
