Most women, as nutritionists have found, make a choice, guided by the second point and decisively sacrificing the third.

The first evil enemy, which only pretends to be breakfast, is a carbohydrate bomb in the form of coffee and pastries. Buns, cookies, croissant with butter or jam – they make your blood sugar skyrocket. And after a couple of hours, reckoning comes: I want to eat again, and brutally.

Another harmful variation of a flour breakfast is toast with jam and freshly squeezed juice. Firstly, juice on an empty stomach is unhealthy, from which you can wash your stomach all day. And the combination of bread and sugar in toast and jam will provide you with a ton of empty calories and a very short-lived feeling of fullness. A useful option is a cottage cheese casserole with honey or sugar-free berry topping.

Third enemy – scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage, to which many of us are accustomed from childhood. In addition to extra pounds and a shock dose of cholesterol, you will not get anything from such a breakfast. Even the vitamins and protein found in eggs do not justify this choice. But it’s delicious! Especially often women surrender to such an “enemy”, who also need to feed a man with breakfast, you can’t cheat his cottage cheese casserole without sugar. There is only one way out – to cook for yourself separately, for example, an omelet, and for him – separately his favorite fatty eggs.
