Template behavior and efficiency

The usual consequences of the template are that I see what I should and am used to seeing, I feel as it is customary, I want what is supposed to be, I stand still, I await orders. This is characteristic of the mass personality.

Template behavior is not always bad. If a person, for example, does not have enough experience, and he was given a high-quality template, then his template behavior will be more effective than his creative one. Therefore, those who are just learning some new business are asked to first do everything according to the instructions and not show creativity ahead of time.

Template behavior often saves time: when there is no way to come up with something creative, but there is a working, albeit not very creative, template, choosing a template will be advantageous.

Another thing is if a person uses low-quality templates, for example, from a defensive-aggressive position, and does not turn on his head even at the request of others, then we can talk about the behavior of a human child and manipulative games. See Manipulative Games: Illustrations

Patterned and conforming behavior

If a person has the pattern “keep your head down, be like everyone else, you are not the smartest!”, then he will both internally and externally demonstrate conformal behavior. If a person has a template “Don’t be like everyone else, you must be different from everyone!” (a pattern common among adolescents), then the person will routinely reproduce nonconformist, protest behavior.
