Telepizza collaborates this Christmas with the Help in Action Foundation

Within the company’s CSR policy, the objective is to give visibility to the work of Ayuda en Acción in supporting children at risk of exclusion in our country.

The leading Spanish multinational in the pizza delivery sector, Telepizza, will collaborate with the Help in Action Foundation this Christmas, donating 10.000 euros that will go to its program Here too, to support children and families, who live in conditions of vulnerability and at risk of exclusion in our country.

Likewise, Telepizza has drawn up solidarity calendars that include the image of Ayuda en Acción, which will be delivered free of charge throughout the month of December with their children’s menus.

From Ayuda en Acción, an NGO that has as one of its objectives to promote dignity and solidarity for the construction of a just world, the project director, Jorge Cattaneo has commented;

“We are delighted that Telepizza supports us with this action. Your collaboration is very important to us because, in addition to donating funds, which will go to generate equal opportunities in our country, help us to publicize our project to support children Here too.

The NGO Ayuda en Acción

Ayuda en Acción has been working for more than 35 years to eradicate poverty and inequalities, helping to improve nutrition, health and education for almost two million children and their families. To date, it operates in 18 countries in Latin America, Africa, Asia and for four years, here too, in Spain.

This is also the support program for children, and their families, at risk of exclusion, that Ayuda en Acción carries out in Spain. Through the educational centers they provide food scholarships, training in healthy habits, provision of school supplies, extracurricular activities and educational innovation, among others, to promote equal opportunities. This initiative will benefit, in the next school year (2017/2018), more than 10.700 boys and girls with direct scholarships, in 83 schools of 11 Autonomous Communities.
